You should be able to find a bottle of Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing at your local Walmart or Kroger. If not, grab a bottle of your favorite Italian dressing. While you’re there, grab a bag of the Olive Garden Garlic and Herb Seasoned Croutons (or the croutons of your choice), and you’ll be ready to join me in duplicating that delicious salad.

Olive Garden Signature Salad

This easy recipe will assist you in duplicating Olive Garden's signature salad in a flash!

  • 1 12oz. Bag of Garden Salad Blend– I like the iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, and carrots blend.
  • Olive Garden Signature Salad Dressing ((or your favorite Italian dressing))
  • 1 small Roma tomato sliced thin
  • 1/4 red onion sliced paper-thin
  • 6-12 pitted black olives or to taste
  • 1/2 cup Olive Garden Seasoned Croutons (or croutons of your choice)
  • Freshly grated Romano (this is what Olive Garden uses) or Parmesan cheese (as much as you like)
  • 6 mild pepperoncini peppers (mild banana peppers should suffice if you can’t find pepperoncini peppers)
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  1. Add the salad blend, tomato slices, red onion slices, black olives, pepperoncini peppers, and croutons to a large bowl. Add salad dressing (to taste) and toss. Now top the salad with shredded cheese and black pepper. Toss again if you wish. Enjoy!
