You can enjoy the taste of the deli without leaving home. This sandwich is easy to make, and it is absolutely irresistible.
Ham and Turkey Club Sandwich
This delicious deli sandwich is a great choice for lunch and dinner. It requires very little cooking time, and you can prepare it in a flash.
- 3 slices thin-sliced sandwich bread, lightly toasted ((I often use Nature's Own Perfectly 'Crafted White" bread.))
- 5 slices thin-sliced deli ham
- 5 slices thin-sliced deli turkey
- 2-3 slices fully cooked, thin-cut bacon
- 1 slice medium or sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 slice swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup salad mix (spring mix)
- 3-4 slices small tomato
- honey mustard to taste
- mayonnaise to taste

Place your first slice of slightly toasted bread onto your food prepping surface

Spread the mayonnaise onto the upward-facing side of the first slice of toasted bread, and layer the remaining ingredients as follows.

turkey slices

cheddar cheese slice

Swiss cheese slice

the second slice of lightly toasted bread

cooked bacon (Evenly spread it over the top of the swiss cheese. Cut each slice in half if you wish.)

tomato slices (Spread them evenly.)

spring mix

Generously spread honey mustard over one side of the final slice of toasted bread and top the sandwich with that slice of bread. The side that contains the honey mustard should be facing down.

Cut the club sandwich into quarters. Jab toothpicks through each quarter of the sandwich to keep it together.
